Do I need to replace my current booking system?
No. Independent venues can use PicklePulse as their main system, and larger venues can keep their existing software and sync availability to the marketplace.
How do payouts work for community hosts?
For instant checkout (GCash, Maya, QR Ph), each payment is split automatically: the court fee goes to the venue and the remainder to the host. For direct QR transfers, players upload their receipt and the host approves in one tap.
Which countries and payment methods are supported?
Philippines (GCash, Maya, QR Ph, InstaPay), Malaysia (FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay), and Singapore (PayNow, GrabPay), plus Visa/Mastercard everywhere.
Do players need a DUPR account?
No. Every player gets a native rating from a short onboarding quiz. Linking DUPR is optional and only required for sessions or events you choose to gate.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month, and the Starter plan is free forever.
